I use a combination of Reiki (absent healing), crystals, candles and Angels, sometimes Saints. Altogether too confusing to explain, but it works. I've got a friend who knows who all the Saints are and what they're 'used' for. I'm not a Christian but because my friend believes in it so strongly and it works for her, when there is something really hard or bad, I call upon Saints.

I believe what you said about the enlightening. I've read heaps about 'walk ins' and things like that. Who knows really, I just keep an open mind. My mental state atm feels like I could have a 'walk in' trying to move into my mind. LOL.

I don't know that I believe in that but I have never discounted the theory that we are not alone. I do believe in Aliens. I don't think we are the only form of life. I'm not sure what I think past that though. Oh! I don't judge people either. Your beliefs are your beliefs and I accept them.

I dont know where you could find drum, however i have heard of a company called lone wolf. they're in WA. think their web is wwww.lonewolf.com.au ( not 100% sure on name). I would like to experiment with a drum aswell. I agree that it would be benifial.
