hight light of the day.
Lately I have been asking myself as i go to sleep at night,
"what was the highlight of my day today?"
I am finding that reviewing the day's events is a good way to check in with yourself and find out if you are truely happy. At first I discovered that there wasnt much i could really call a highlight. Which made me realise, we can be so disconnected that we dont even know that we are just going through the motions, which I like to call "running on the spot". So I made a point to

I'm always willing to give tips about crystals. I would say that your smokey quartz is a gift first of all. I suggest you cleanse it - smoke, water, moonlight, whatever resonates with you. Secondly I would say that it is a grounding stone so I wonder what else is happening in your life right now....
Regarding your realizing your potential, i expect that if you have a vision and you take steps, you'll realize that goal. Seems like you're already taking those steps because we're connecting.

I suffer from Depression/Anxiety/Panic Attacks and mild Agrophobia. I'm doing quite well atm. My medication is really good. Don't be frightened, I'm not mad!!!! LOL. Well, maybe a little bit, but nothing that will hurt you. LOL.
